Focusing on the design development and delivery of a series of media suites and office areas for a leading consultancy, our primary objective was to create state-of-the-art spaces that cater to the specific needs of the consultancy, incorporating cutting-edge audio-visual technology, sound rooms for recording film soundtracks, cinema spaces for previewing final cuts, and a series of editing suites. Through our design, we aim to provide a functional and inspiring environment that enhances the consultancy’s media production capabilities.
Our client required spaces that support their various media production activities. The design development will revolve around understanding their specific needs, workflows, and technical requirements. Our goal is to create spaces that optimise efficiency, creativity, and collaboration, allowing the consultancy to produce high-quality media content.
To ensure the media suites and office areas meet industry standards, we incorporated state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. This will include high-resolution displays, advanced sound systems, professional-grade recording equipment, and cutting-edge software solutions. The integration of these technologies will provide the consultancy with the necessary tools to execute their media production tasks effectively and efficiently.
Recognising the importance of sound quality in media production, we detailed dedicated sound rooms for recording film soundtracks. These sound rooms will be acoustically treated and equipped with top-of-the-line recording equipment, ensuring optimal sound isolation and capturing. The design will prioritise comfort and functionality to create an environment that enables the creation of high-quality soundtracks.
To facilitate the evaluation and review process, dedicated cinema spaces for previewing final cuts of media projects were located on a dedicated viewing floor. These spaces will be designed with high-quality projection systems, surround sound, and comfortable seating arrangements. The design will create an immersive viewing experience, allowing the consultancy to make informed decisions and refine their projects before final delivery.
To support the consultancy’s post-production activities, a series of editing suites equipped with industry-standard editing software, powerful hardware, and ergonomic workstations were delivered. With specialist sub-contractors we developed an efficient layout and a comfortable environment, enabling editors to work seamlessly and collaboratively.
