Creating luxury silver screen living in Central London.

The prestigious project involved the change of use and redevelopment of 38 Curzon Street, one of London’s oldest art-house cinemas. Our endeavour focused on the transformation of four storeys of office space situated above the listed cinema on Curzon Street, converting them into luxurious apartments. The result is a collection of exquisite residences that offer a blend of sophisticated design, modern amenities, and a prime central location.

The apartments at 38 Curzon Street are designed to provide a lavish and comfortable living experience. Given the building’s iconic status, it was important that while the changes internally were substantial, the external appearance and entrance remained fully in keeping with the original building.
