Our endeavour focused on the transformation of four storeys of office space situated above the listed cinema on Curzon Street, converting them into luxurious apartments. The apartments at 38 Curzon Street are designed to provide a lavish and comfortable living experience. Given the building’s iconic status, it was important that while the changes internally were substantial, the external appearance and entrance remained fully in keeping with the original building.
