CREATIVE STUDIO
A spacious modern studio to breed creativity
This office design prioritises the well-being of its users. The goal was to create a workspace that promotes productivity, collaboration, and employee happiness by integrating elements of well-being throughout the nine-story building. In this design, the technology was decentralised to the basement level, allowing for clear spaces on the upper floors while accommodating considerably higher-powered rendering equipment in a dedicated temperature-controlled environment.
The design approach focused on creating spaces that support the physical and mental well-being of the occupants. This involved incorporating coordinated elements such as natural lighting, ergonomic furniture, and opportunities for physical activity and relaxation.
Throughout the building, strategically positioned breakout spaces and meeting hubs encourage collaboration, networking, and idea sharing. These areas were designed as inviting and flexible spaces, providing comfortable seating, writable walls, and technology integration. By creating a variety of breakout spaces, employees will have options to choose from based on their needs, whether it’s a quick brainstorming session, an informal meeting, or a quiet retreat. Our client, recognising the importance of breaks and social connections, tea points and refreshment hubs were located throughout the building. These areas provide employees with opportunities to take a break, socialise, and recharge.
