This creative consultancy needed a workspace that promotes collaboration, innovation, and creativity. It is essential to develop spaces that encourage interaction and provide areas for employees and clients to relax, network, and engage in informal discussions. Additionally, the design needed to reflect the company’s brand identity and create a positive and lasting impression on visitors.

The architectural significance of the building facade which is grade II listed, presents a unique challenge and opportunity. We must respect and preserve the historic elements while adapting the interior spaces to meet the modern requirements of a creative consultancy. Careful consideration will be given to maintaining the integrity of the original façade entrance and canopy design, incorporating any necessary adaptations to provide inclusive access without compromising the building’s heritage value.

The reception area is the first point of contact for visitors and sets the tone for the entire space. The design focused on creating a welcoming and visually striking reception that showcases the company’s brand and creative identity. The ground floor incorporates a coffee shop which serves as a central gathering space where employees and clients can interact and rejuvenate, with comfortable seating, access to beverages, and a variety of seating arrangements to accommodate different needs.

Exceptional breakout spaces are essential for employees to unwind, brainstorm ideas, and recharge. Located throughout the floorplates we have delivered a relaxing environment, incorporating elements such as comfortable seating, natural lighting, and greenery.
