ALMA ROAD
From the Victorian era to the modern day.
This small pebble-dashed Victorian end-of-terrace was developed over several phases including careful reconfiguration of the existing layout to optimise the use of space and enhance the flow and functionality of the property. By assessing the arrangement and understanding the unique requirements of the homeowners, we created a new layout that maximised efficiency, comfort, and usability while adding drama, height, and light wherever possible.
This project was carried out on an extremely constrained budget over a number of years. Time was spent upfront on design and detail, ensuring research was carried out to find the best products to meet the brief – this approach was critical to ensuring the project could be realised to its full potential.
The second phase of this project involved a glazed extension with glass-to-glass detailing to expand the kitchen space; opening up the roof space to create a mezzanine and sleeping platform for guests; creation of a garden office and upgrades to the windows.
Our commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines and budgetary considerations ensure a seamless and successful project execution. We prioritise open communication, transparency, and client satisfaction every step of the way.
